With members of the Green Mountain Audubon Society, explore the roads and trails traversing the Saxon Hill Forest and adjacent areas in search of various avian species. This birding hotspot, part of which is an old red pine plantation, has been identified as one of the Vermont breeding sites of Vesper Sparrows and has hosted a myriad of other birds. To ensure an enjoyable birding experience for all, this outing has been limited to 20 participants.
